Booking and Payment

• Booking is based on advance payment.
• Balance amount will be done at the time of check in.

Identification and Documents

• All guests must present a valid ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License).
• Children must also be included in the booking with proper documents.

Safety and Property Protection

• Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
• The resort is not responsible for theft or loss of personal property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Male stag not allowed.
• Guests must maintain peace and decorum within the resort.
• Any disturbance, noise, or inconvenience caused to other guests may result in administrative action.

Food & Beverage and Alcohol Policy

• Guests must follow the resort’s restaurant and bar rules.
• Local laws apply to alcohol and smoking.
